After each run, your coach reads your pace, heart rate, and how you felt. The next week's plan adjusts based on that data — lighter if you're fatigued, harder if you're progressing well.
Tell your coach about it when you set up your profile. The plan will work around it — no sessions that stress the affected area.

From Strava we read your activities. You can choose per run whether to upload it to Strava — by default we never do this. To Garmin we write your planned workouts, so they appear on your watch. We never share your data with third parties.
